1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 29bat ("29bat", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 29bat website located at https://29bat.io, including all associated services, products, features, and content offered through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using any part of the 29bat platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 29bat platform.

These Terms are effective from January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. 29bat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to the 29bat platform and all services offered thereon is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 29bat does not permit participation by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual person acting on your own behalf, not as a corporate entity or on behalf of a third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, issued by 29bat or any other gaming platform.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had a 29bat account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or close family member of an employee of 29bat or any of its partner companies.

29bat reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 29bat platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must notify 29bat promptly of any changes to your registered details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 29bat will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

29bat reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or following any activity that triggers internal compliance review. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address dated within the preceding three months.

4 Deposits & Payments

All monetary transactions on the 29bat platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 29bat accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100. Minimum deposit amounts via bank transfer and card may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 29bat, however your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.

• Deposits are credited to your 29bat wallet in real time in most cases. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 29bat does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
• 29bat reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited to your account.
• Any deposit made using proceeds from illegal activity will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met: your account has been fully verified via KYC, you have no outstanding wagering requirements attached to any active bonus balance, and the requested withdrawal amount does not exceed your verified available balance.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. If a withdrawal to the original deposit method is not feasible, 29bat will request alternative payment details from you.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within the same business day under normal operating conditions.
• 29bat reserves the right to perform additional security and fraud checks prior to approving any withdrawal. Such checks may extend processing times.
• In the event that a deposit made to fund a withdrawal is subsequently reversed or charged back by the payment provider, 29bat reserves the right to reverse the corresponding withdrawal and suspend the account pending investigation.
• 29bat does not charge withdrawal fees, however your payment provider may impose receiving fees for which 29bat bears no responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

29bat may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. Each offer is subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering multipliers, eligible games, maximum bet limits when using bonus funds, and expiry dates.

General rules applicable to all 29bat bonuses unless otherwise stated in the individual offer terms include the following:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagering activity.
• The maximum permitted bet using bonus funds is ৳500 per spin or bet, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus offers may not be combined unless the individual offer terms explicitly state that stacking is permitted.
• 29bat reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained fraudulently, through abuse, or in violation of these Terms.
• Unused bonus funds will expire automatically upon the expiry date stated in the offer terms.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 29bat platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or market. These rules are available within each product section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall take precedence in relation to that product.

By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules applicable to that bet. 29bat will not reverse settled bets on the grounds that you were unaware of the applicable rules.

• Bets are void if the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed, as defined in the applicable sport rules.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at 29bat's discretion, particularly in response to real-time event developments.
• 29bat reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. Affected players will be notified and their stakes refunded.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets.
• Any bet placed after the official start time of an event using deliberately delayed data or by exploiting a data feed latency advantage will be voided.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 29bat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action being taken against you:

• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person in creating an account for fraudulent purposes.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players, platform staff, or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or event.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with events offered on 29bat.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code of any 29bat software or game.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 29bat staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 29bat platform, including but not limited to the 29bat brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, audio, and video, is the intellectual property of 29bat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 29bat platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any 29bat content without prior written authorisation from 29bat.

10 Privacy & Data

29bat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes what data 29bat collects, how it is used, how it is protected, and what rights you have in relation to your data.

You consent to 29bat using your contact details to send you transactional communications related to your account, including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts, and KYC requests. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 29bat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 29bat platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes resulting from technical failures beyond 29bat's reasonable control.

29bat does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect platform availability. 29bat will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance wherever possible.

29bat's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount of net deposits made by that player to their 29bat account in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

12 Amendments to These Terms

29bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 29bat will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date on which the current version of these Terms took effect is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 29bat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of 29bat. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from your use of the 29bat platform that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by the applicable governing law.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact 29bat's support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 calendar days for 29bat to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter informally. This requirement does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
